Michael Damico Offers Business Sense of Art Workshop, Hosted by O’More College

Franklin, TN – Michael Damico of Damico Frame & Art Gallery is holding a workshop during Art Crawl in Franklin on November 4 at 7:00 p.m. The workshop will be held at O’More College of Design on the second floor of the Abbey Leix Mansion. It is for anyone wishing to become a professional artist, but all are welcome. Seating is very limited. To register, visit Eventbrite.
During “Q&A Business Sense: How to Develop Collectors of Your Work,” Damico will address common questions from artists pertaining to the business of art. After a presentation with explanations and cases studies, the floor will be opened up for questions from the audience. This is for anyone who wants to become a professional artist: photographers, painters, crafters, etc. But anyone is welcome.
The free event is open to everyone and is a normally scheduled stop for the trolley during Art Crawl. Anyone wishing to become a professional artist is encouraged to attend: art students, artists, photographers, and crafters.
Artist Bio
Middle Tennessee native Michael Damico has been a student of art for more than 30 years. His focus is on Representational Figurative Painting and Fine Art. He received a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Studies and an Associate Degree in Studio Art from the University of Central Florida in 2005. He continued independently studying Art and Human Anatomy in order to calibrate his skills as a Portrait Artist. Damico eventually favored oils and acrylics on canvas.
